Description: Lifetime Health Medical Group is at the momment seeking for RN I-MC right now, this position will be placed in New York. Assesses and evaluates patient health problems and needs, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. Administers nursing care to ill, injured, and disabled patients. Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Practices and promotes good Customer Service.
  • Will adhere to the LHMG Polices and Procedures.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports, logs, and patient medical records.
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions.
  • Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
  • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions.
  • Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
  • Process provider orders; assist Provider in evaluation of tests performed to assess patients’ condition.
  • Assists with oversight of Licensed Practical Nurses and non-licensed healthcare personnel.
  • Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments.
  • Observ! e staff and patient visits to ensure that proper nursing care ! is provided.
  • Administer medications, document and monitor patients.
  • Practices safe Infection Control Guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Regular and reliable attendance is required
Minimum Qualifications
Current, valid NYS, RN licensure and registration required. Minimum 2 years prior nursing experience required, preferably in an ambulatory setting. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with BSN preferred. Current BLS, CPR, ACLS if required for specific position. Proficient in medication administration. Familiar with PC’s, software and keyboarding.
