Description: NPORT / NurseWorks is currently interviewing PEDIATRIC HOME HEALTHCARE - REGISTERED NURSES right now, this vacancy will be placed in New York. The Registered Nurse will provide quality care to pediatric patients with a variety of health issues.
Duties include but are! n't limited to:
- Evaluate patient's response to treatment plan, medications, interventions
- Ongoing teaching to family
- Maintain ongoing communication with doctor's and agency on patient's status
- Address and report new conditions and problems affecting patient's care and/or discharge
- At least one year of Community Health work experience in a Certified Home Health Care Agency.
- Pediatrics Home Care and/or Hospice Care
