Riverview Psychiatric Medicine,PC, a busy, multi-clinician, mental health practice in the beautiful Mid- Hudson Valley of New York (Dutchess County), has opportunities for motivated, independent mind! ed psychiatric nurse practitioners interested in developing a private psychopharmacology and/or psychotherapy practice.
Our full time administrative staff handles phone calls, patient appointments, scheduling, billing and all clerical needs. Weekly clinical supervision with our medical director insures patients receive the highest quality of care and our clinicians benefit from the strong colleague alliances. Our board certified medical director graduated with honors from the NYU Medical School, completed post doctoral training at Columbia University, and serves on the teaching faculty of several major pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies and genetic testing companies.
In addition to psychopharmacology, psychotherapy and genetic testing, our practice offers TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) Therapy. TMS Therapy is the FDA cleared, non invasive, safe and highly effective treatment modality for patients with chronic depression, treatment resist! ant depression and/or patients who seek an alternative to medi! cation.
