Qualified candidates must:
be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, BSN required â€" MSN preferred.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certified plus certification in emergency nursing required.
Five years of management experience/expertise in the clinical practice area is required.
Successful candidates must posses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to assess patient's needs, e.g. clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual, demonstrated ability to prioritize and delegate, posses strong leadership skills, and have the ability to utilize creative problem-solving techniques.
