The individual will help physician in skilled nursing home and outpatient office located in Southampton AND Patchogue, NY. Duties in SNF consist of H&P’s, Rounds, Admits, Discharges, Emergency Intervention, Med Management and Routine Care. Duties in out! patient clinic consist of H&P’s and routine care.
