The Springs is an 80 bed skilled nursing facility seeking Caring, Compassionate and Committed nurses.
RN Unit Manager â€" Full Time â€" Day shift â€" We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to coordinate and oversee the delivery of quality resident centered care. Must be experienced in PICC lines, access ports, wounds, IV therapy, chest tubes, discharge planning and patient teaching, CPR certified and supervisory/management experienc! e in Long Term Care is a plus.
