More details about this job opportunity kindly read the description below. Research team seeks bilingual (Spanish) nurse with Heart Failure management experience. The nurse will be conducting televisits & reviewing vita! l signs for telehealth intervention patients and conducting follow up calls weekly with control group patients. Expected enrollment is 4 patients a month. Patients will be followed for three months.Will train regarding use of telehealth equipment.
Must be willing to conduct 50-100 home visits over a 3 year grant period. Occasional advisory board attendance required (4-5 meetings over the three year period).
The study, 'Telehealth Self-Management Program in Older Adults Living with Heart Failure in Health Disparity Communities.' is designed to determine if weekly nursing video visits, combined with daily patient vital sign uploads, is an effective self-management tool for patients living with congestive heart failure in disparity communities.
Starting salary 75,0 + full benefits. F/T, regular hours, no nights or weekends required.
