DUTIES: Utilizes knowledge and expertise in case management to provide comprehensive, coordinated, seamless care to individuals and aggregate groups. Coordinates, int! egrates and facilitates the patient/provider relationship. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelors Degree preferred. ANA certification or certification from appropriate agency in specialty required or must be working toward certification if specialty area (e.g., L&D, O.R., E.R., CCU, Woman/Child, Detox, Psychiatry, Dialysis). For Specialty Areas: Minimum 3 years experience in med/surg and 1 year experience in specialty area being requested. BLS certification required. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: None.
