Job Description: RN Residency Nurse Consultant
Job Title: Performance and Outcomes Management Associate
The Performance and Outcomes Management (POM)! Team is responsible for developing key relationships within client hospitals. The team guides our client organizations in the implementation and ongoing management of products and services purchased from Versant Holdings, LLC such as the New Graduate RN Residency, Transition RN Residency, Specialty Residencies, and others. The POM team works closely with our clients to achieve documented, demonstrable outcomes in a formal research oriented format. Key POM roles include providing services to clients such as initial training, building trust and consensus, problem solving, coaching performance, and collaborative consultation to assure successful outcomes and desired organizational cultural change.
Position Essential Functions:
Client Focus - focuses on and learns about clients and advocates for their success; possesses a solution-oriented mindset to ensure client success; demonstrates a level of comfort with a hospital's executive team in discussing and ad! dressing barriers to the success of the RN Residency; manages ! client expectations to ensure adherence to the RN Residency standards; provides workshops for preceptors, mentors, debriefers, subject matter experts, nurse leaders, and others.

Position Qualifications:
Active RN license in state of residence
Master's degree in healthcare or related field strongly preferred
Minimum of 2 years as an educator or hospital unit/department manager preferre! d
Ability to travel up to 80%, with weekend travel as required!
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate actively with a national team within a virtual organization.
