Ideal candidate...
- Minimum 3 years experience in oper! ations, marketing, financial planning and human resources management.
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget.
- Work history that supports ability to hire, direct and manage associates.
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Have a focus on senior living with a knowledge of healthcare
Will oversee the overall management and the day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing while ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services. The Executive Director Pro Tem will implement approaches and services to maintain or enhance resident independence and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will also participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing an an! nual business plan that achieves the financial goals and maint! ains high occupancy through marketing strategies.
Location
