DNG Placement Services, Inc. , a proven and respected le! ader in the health care placement community, seeks a Nurse Manager - Endoscopy/ Bronchoscopy for a Long Island based hospital.
The Position: Gastroenterology nurse leadership with clinical care, staff supervision, mentorship responsibilities
Provide seamless cross training
Foster and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of staff, director and physicians.
The Requirements:
NYS RN in Good Standing BSN required: MSN preferred Must have 7 years of med-surg/critical care experience with 5 years endo/broncho experience BLS required/ ACLS strongly preferred
Able to manage 20+ staff members in busy environment
Able to manage 30+ cases per day (in and outpatient)
Certification preferred in Gastroenterology
Membership preferred with Society of Gastroeneterology Nurses and Associates
The Shift: Unit open Mondays through Fridays.
