We are a full service, acute care hospital, and is one of the most established facilities in New York City. As a full-service hospital, we offer a range of health care resources, scope of services includes cardiology, neurology, emergency and trauma services, air ambulance, women and children's services, orthopedics, medical/surgical, oncology, and critical/intensive care.
! We are seeking an experienced Nurse Administrator -RN -Behavio! ral Health. To qualify, candidates must have a BSN with at least five (5) years' inpatient behavioral health experience. Progressive leadership experience is required. Candidates with a Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field are strongly preferred.
The shift is Night Shift, Mon thru Fri 12:30AM-8AM (40hrs/wk).
You provide management of operational and nursing activities. Consults with staff, physicians and the Nurse Executive on nursing problems and interpretation of facility policies to ensure patient needs are met. Knowledgeable of a wide range of disorders; cognitive, emotional, developmental, social and behavioral. Formulates an annual budget for the unit.
