Description: Bassett Healthcare is currently interviewing Team Leader,Nursing right now, this occupation will be placed in New York. Under direction and supervision by the Clinic Manager and the Medical Director, the Nursing Team Leader is responsible for coordinating nursing and daily clinic operations. Will assist i! n the Development of systems that maximize patient convenience and provider efficiency. In addition, the Nursing Team Leader will assist with Departmental Performance Improvement activities. Minimum Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Baccalaureate Professional Nursing Program or Graduation from an accredited Associate or Diploma Nursing Program.
Three to four years of nursing in an ambulatory care setting is required. Leadership experience is preferred.Current NYS licensure as a Registered Professional NurseCurrent BLS certification is required. Position requires extensive mobility with regular sitting and walking. Ability to do light lifting.Category I risk exposure as defined by OSHA.
