Basic duties will include interpreting physician medication orders and acting as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. Daily responsibilities will also involve compounding, dispensing medications, preparing IVs and providing clinical oversight. This is a day/evening rotating shift in a great work environment with excellent automation. PharmD.New York Pharmacist License. Inpatient pharmacist experience required and strong clinical skills. Residency-trained preferred. Critical care or pharmacy informatics experience a plus.
