Current Position:
- Nurse Case Manager
- Long Island, NY
- Open - Depends on Experience
- Contract-to-Hire
- Perform initial assessments and evaluate need for alternative treatment. Candidate must also be able to negotiate claims and provide case direction/supervision to field case specialists when on-site intervention is required, in order to ensure appropriate service delivery.
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- RN License
- Valid Driver's License
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
