Candidates are responsible for providing physical therapy (PT) to VNSNY home health care patients through comprehensive assessment. Develops and implements a plan of care consistent with the Agency's goals and Rehabilitation department policies and procedures. Works under general supervision. New graduates receive mentorship from a great team for six months (or less depending on the candidate's level of learning.)

Job Requirements

Requirements:
Licensure: We interview candidates prior to licensure. New York State License and current registration in Physical Therapy required. Valid driver’s license may be required, as determined by operational/ regional needs. Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or entry level Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required. Experience: No experience required. Basic PC skills preferred. Bilingual skills desirable.
