Quickly build effective relationships with patients’ families. Collaborate with social workers, feeding specialists, PTs, OTs, cardiologists and neonatologists. Use your leadership skills to form partnerships between specialty physicians.Qualified candidates have a BSN (a master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred), current NYS RN licensure, and at least five years of NICU experience.
