Training Travel Administrator
The Training Travel Administrator reports to the Director-Flight Standards and Training and coordinates travel for pilots, flight attendants and instructors related to initial and recurrent training events. Duties include:

Booking of flights related to training travel- Booking of hotels related to training travel
- Coordination of required travel with the Flight Ops Administrator
- Entering travel information into the crew management system (CMS) to ensure 14 CFR 117 compliance
- Managing lead times to minimize air travel costs
- Searching for minimum cost options for air travel
- Managing hotel agreements to minimize costs and ensure the availability of ground transportation for instructors and crews
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience booking airline travel and hotels preferred
- Airline administrative experience preferred
