Training Travel Administrator

The Training Travel Administrator reports to the Director-Flight Standards and Training and coordinates travel for pilots, flight attendants and instructors related to initial and recurrent training events. Duties include:

    Booking of flights related to training travel
  • Booking of hotels related to training travel
  • Coordination of required travel with the Flight Ops Administrator
  • Entering travel information into the crew management system (CMS) to ensure 14 CFR 117 compliance
  • Managing lead times to minimize air travel costs
  • Searching for minimum cost options for air travel
  • Managing hotel agreements to minimize costs and ensure the availability of ground transportation for instructors and crews
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience booking airline travel and hotels preferred
  • Airline administrative experience preferred
