Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Human Resources, or Business related field of study or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to market and promote roles, employment opportunities, and company culture.
  • Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work.
  • Experience creating employer branding and social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to record and efficiently document information.
  • Understanding of OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative Action requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Resume mining on recruiting sites and job boards (Linkedin, Indeed, Monster, etc)
  • Identify, maintain and develop relationships with school contacts and student organizations.
  • Research target schools and provide the following information in a profile:
    • Program enrollment and graduation numbers
    • Department head and faculty contacts
    • Student organizations
  • Distribute monthly newsletters to future candidates and present candidates.
  • Coordinate new employee paperwork and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain social media platforms - Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter & Snapchat.
  • Work closely with Marketing on recruiting materials.
  • Assist with recruiting at college campuses.
  • Create reports and maintain the recruiting database.
  • Diversity focused recruiting outreach and tracking.
  • Assist with setting up interviews for candidates in person and virtually.
  • Assist with travel needed for candidates in Bozeman or on project sites.
  • Up to 40% travel
