About the Role

Join our Customer Service team on a Full Time, Casual basis (6 months contract) at our Loganholme branch Mon - Fri 9am-5pm.

Duties
  • Foster and Drive the “Yes We Can” attitude in achieving internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Handling customer queries and accounts in a professional and timely manner from the onset to the finalisation
  • Providing customers with product, service and procedural information in a clear and simple format, always ensuring accuracy
  • Supporting internal and external sales with new and prospective customers
  • Supporting operations to ensure the customers' expectations of service are exceeded
  • Demonstrate ownership of customer enquiries, ensure follow through and finalise all inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain existing Supagas accounts with utmost professionalism
  • Answering high volume of incoming calls, placing orders and redirecting calls as required
  • Assist with branch sales through conversion of incoming phone and email enquires
  • Achieve set targets and KPI’s
Skills & experience
  • Previous experience in a contact call centre (high volume call intake)
  • Demonstrated experience in customer sales, customer retention and customer dispute resolution
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and dispute resolution skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent, professional telephone manner
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise your work
  • A passion for customer service
  • Attention to detail, time management & problem solving skills
  • A professional approach and positive attitude towards your work and team mates
  • Ability to work to deadline
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
  • Familiarity with Pronto (desired not essential
  • The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical
