InteliChart is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. Do you enjoy creating user stories for features and coordinating with development teams to bring them to life? If yes, review our expectations and share your experience with us.


What you will be doing in this role:

  • Ensure the successful implementation of multiple system integrations at the Healthcare EHR and Practice Management Vendor level.
  • Rapidly learn and assume the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) for each new third-party vendor system that we integrate.
  • Define the initial requirements to the development team for functionality in the vendor systems and map out the equivalent functionality in our suite of products.
  • Manage the requirements gathering process.
  • Interview stakeholders to gather user information.
  • Coordinate with UX/UI, development, and product management on product specifics.
  • Run meetings for tech reviews, sizing, and product requirements.
  • Demo new products.
  • Train departments on new products.
  • Read and analyze regulation documentation when necessary for new products.
  • Create and sign off on all completed user stories.
  • Document decisions and assumptions and compile release notes.
  • Recommend solutions to hurdles encountered during requirements process.
  • Monitor resource budget/hit budget target.

What you need for this position:

  • Experience writing technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience identifying functionality mapping to new systems
  • Demonstrated ability to function independently, multi-task, and realign priorities as needed.
  • Time management skills to meet crucial deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Remote workspace: creative space for innovation and productivity.

What will put you ahead:

  • Exposure to the healthcare industry, familiarity with HL7, APIs, FHIR, and Software Quality Assurance
  • Working knowledge of at least one EHR and/or Practice Management system
  • Healthcare interoperability experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1 year experience in a Business Analyst role
