ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, Insurance and Risk Management, Regular, F/T, Exempt. Salary: $65,000-$85,000/DOE. The Administrative Officer ensures compliance through maintaining, enhancing, or establishing systematic administrative processes and functions. This position is a transitionary/apprentice role into Directorship. In the absence of the Insurance Director the Administrative officer will assume the duties and delegation of authority as instructed. Will assist in management of insurance programs, and provide support to departmental duties such as retirement (401K), Title 30A background investigations, and Federal Department of transportation compliance.
- Bachelors in Business, Finance, Public administration or related field or Minimum of two years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and insurable under the Hoopa Valley Tribe’s Motor Vehicle Operating Policy.
- Must pass a Title 30A background Check.
