Overview: This role will support the consolidation of key financial and non-financial metrics across WTS Global Supply Chain functions and regions to streamline and drive consistency in monthly operational reporting. This position will be based at our Budapest office, join our team for an exciting opportunity to influence business performance, drive actional decision making & continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Monthly support and maintenance of selected Supply Chain Finance dashboards and templates. Provide various cuts of supply chain financial KPIs (VCP, BCP, CPU, EBIT, etc) and views for Operational reviews. Build analytics tools in Tableau, Google sheets or Excel.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for supply chain metrics. Manage broad range of stakeholders and support with insightful reports and effectively manage queries and ad hoc information requests
- Support analyst system administration and superuser community.
- Develop training materials and host demonstration sessions with regional analysts and operational stakeholders on developed analytical tools
Process Improvements
- Support IT enhancement projects that improve cost metrics
- Support defining & documenting global supply chain operating procedures, process standardization
- Drive simplification, innovate, challenge conventional thinking
- Continuously look for ways to simplify, standardize and automate reports and enhance data visualization for performance reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in business analysis, statistics, data analysis, computer science or related field (
- Fluent English knowledge
- Minimum one year work experience at the field of finance
- SAP Experience or equivalent ERP knowledge
- Tableau/Power BI desktop experience preferred, or relevant experience with other data warehousing and BI tools. Advanced Excel and/or SQL, VBA Programming. Experience of working with big data sets, developing templates or complex dashboards in Excel
- Requirements gathering skills, able to understand analyze and visualize data.
- Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation
