We are seeking an experienced Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to come join our 110 bed facility!
Monday - Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
No weekends or on calls
Salary: $90,000- $120,000
Includes full benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision
Due to company growth, Brookdale Health Care is looking to expand our team. Immediate opportunity available for a board certified Nurse Practitioner for an Geriatric Rehabilitation Facility facility in the Rockaway, Queens area. Under the supervision of Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner will provide primary health care to residents, including assessments and development of plan of care.
Qualifications Family/Adult- Geriatric Nurse Practitioner Board Certification New York State License DEA license One or more years of working experience with the geriatric / adult population
