Thereafter, all apppointments will be made from the Civil Service List. If the Civil Service List yields an insufficient number of interested candidates, qualified c! andidates with a NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse! , plus two years post-licensure clinical experience will be accepted. Experience relevant to specialty; BSN preferred; evidence of leadership ability and competency in practice; potential for professional development.
