Nurse Manager
Operating Room
Assume front line responsibility for staffing and scheduling across 32 state-of-the-art OR suites at our client! â€" a career-making opportunity. In this unique and newly cre! ated role, you will directly support the Director of Nursing with a team of two other Nurse Managers in the OR. You’ll drive efficiency and effectiveness in a high volume, fast-paced environment of over 80 cases each day. And you’ll ensure that 100 full-time RNs are positioned to deliver highest quality care and caring to patients from across the world.
Deliver action-oriented leadership, with strong clinical and administrative expertise. Inspire quality across all aspects of patient care delivery. Play a key role in bringing to life our hospital wide mission: Putting Patients First.
Key Criteria
Candidates must have a master’s degree in Nursing and a current NYS license, supported by at least five years of OR experience. Previous management experience is a plus.
