Very fast paced clinical family practice environment with 2 MD's and 2 PA's caring for a vast population from newborns to geriatric patients. This is a Level III Patient Centered Medical Home with an onsite social worker, case manager and an Eddy VNA nurse to help with any home care issues.
Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday. The LPN is responsible to room patients, process stool cards, urine pregnancy and streps testing. The clinic serves a high Spanish speaking population, fluency in Spanish perferred. - .
