Our team is like a family and we are looking for hard-working and motivated individuals to help us grow THE POSITION: IV Nurse Summary: Work under the direct supervision of Dr Morrison to aid in IV administration and the clinical work flow of the daily office routine.
Detailed Work Activities: •Perform IVs, ve! nipunctures, urinalysis, throat cultures and prepare blood for laboratory processing. •Perform EKG’s, body impedance, and other procedures as directed. •Prepare exam and treatment rooms in orderly manner. •Prepare patients for examination and treatment.
•Triage patients and preform vital signs (Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, weight). •Assist Dr Morrison by calling in prescription refills and triaging patient calls •Return patient calls with answers after discussing with medical staff •Understand and follow OSHA guidelines. •Maintain medical and office supply inventories and restock as needed. •Attend and participate in required meetings.
•Participate in professional development activities. •Adhere to patient privacy guidelines. COMPENSATION: We offer a competitive benefits package including an excellent health insurance policy. Salary is $60,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.
