Dutchess Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a Night RN Supervisor for our 122 bed Skilled Nursing Facility.

Job Description:
Promotes patients' health by developing management and long-term planning of the patient care area.
Providing physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.
Directing and developing staff.
Collaborating with doctors.
Duties Include:
Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
Completes patient care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing and staff.
Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
Provides information to patients and health care team by answering questions and requests.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by designing and implementing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains patient confidence by monitoring confidential information proces! sing.
Maintains documentation of patient care services by ! auditing patient and department records.
Maintains nursing supplies inventory.
Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams.
