The Telemarketer/Appointment Setter is responsible for establishing telephone contact with potential students or employers and providing them with information about the school and programs and make appointments. This is a part-time opportunity.
Responsibilities
Establishes telephone contact with pr! ospective students or employers.
Provides basic informatio! n about the school and programs as directed.
Schedule appointments for ITT/ESI employees or students.
Maintains activity reports.
Requirements
Must have a high school education or equivalent.
Previous experience in outbound telemarketing preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills required.
Efficiently and effectively utilize a personal computer.
Able to interact with outside contacts and employees of all levels.
Hear, see, and speak to effectively communicate by phone or in person.
Read and understand written documents as well as effectively communicating documents and ideas.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance and able to work evenings and weekends.

ITT Technical Institute issues, on an annual basis, a Safety and Security Policies and Crime Statistics Report.
