Lifetime Care, a respected leader in home health care and hospice services, is presently recruiting dedicated and compassionate NYS licensed RNs with acute care (me! d/surg) or home care (CHHA) experience to make weekend homecare visits to homebound patients in the Cayugua County region.
NOTE: Several Different premium pay packages to choose from including a set premium rate of $29, 36/40 (work 36 hours and get paid for 40), and per diem pay per visit.
The RN is responsible for the delivery of home health care services to home care patients in the home setting. This position may function as the primary nurse. The RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care. This involves the assessment of patient and family needs, and the development, implementation and evaluation of an appropriate plan of nursing care. This RN also serves as the cardiac case manager, which involves the identification of appropriate services, supervision of home health aide staff and ongoing review and evaluation of the utilization of services.

Graduate of an accredited school of registered professional nursing and valid NYS registered nursing license required.
Minimum of 2 years (current/recent) experience as a staff RN in an acute care (med/surg) or home care visiting setting required.
Basic computer skills are necessary, including but not limited to the ability to navigate on a personal computer within a Windows based operating environment; the ability to access and create basic e-mail messages; and the ability to open, edit, and save basic electronic documents if necessary. With training provided, must demonstrate the ability to learn and utilize new systems, computer applications and operating environments as necessary.
Must have ability to travel.
Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
