The Off Shift Director of Nursing is a Nursing Leader who serves as a resource for problem solving, provides clinical expertise, facilitates staff mentoring and coaching, facilitates pat! ient flow during the off shifts (typically, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays).
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
Combination of equivalent education and experience will be considered.
Leadership experience required.
Minimum of two to three years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience.
Required Licensure/Certification Skills
Current
New York
State
Registered Nurse License.
