Job Description
The Clerical Associate will be responsible for:
Filing and working with head nurses and nursing supervisors, and ADNs
Typing employees time records and maintaining time
Maintaining all records related to timekeeping; typing all timekeeping related work
Inputting/outputting of work order system including filing
Typing, processing, and filing all purchase order related duties
Signing in/out vendors/contractors and maintaining file
Typing of all office related duties; maintaining elevator records
Typing of reports and filing, typing of monthly and quarterly report and filing
Answer and screen telephone calls
Required Skills
1+ years of clerical experience
Excellent communication/customer service skills
Computer literac! y (database, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
Detail orie! nted
Highly organized
Able multitask efficiently and effectively
