The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for:
Personal hygiene, Activities of Daily Living, incontinent care, and environmental cleanliness
Supervising the direct support staff to assure these tasks are performed properly
Assisting the management staff in procuring all necessary medical care
Accompanying residents to medical appointments and following established procedures in having pertinent medical information recorded
Insuring that all prescribed medication is obtained and administered according to established procedure
Maintaining appropriate and accurate records
Required Skills
2+ years of relevant experience
NYS RN license
CPR certification
Excellent written and oral c! ommunication skills
Highly organized
Detail ! oriented
Able to multitask efficiently and effectively

Desired Skills
Experience working with consumers with developmental disabilities
