More details about this job opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. RPh On The Go is seeking a Clinical manager for a hospital located in upstate New York. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the provision of safe, effective, appropriate and cost-efficient medication therapy to patients at facility. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager ensures that pharmacists and pharmacy technicians receive ongoing training, competency assessment and performance improvement activities to improve delivery of pharmaceutical care to patients at facility. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager is the primary interface between the Department of Pharmacy Services and hospital committees (medical staff, nursing, etc.) coordinating medication use policies and procedures. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager facilitates and manages facility-wide programs/initiatives. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will work with the Director of Clinical Services. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager is able to practice basic pharmacy distribution as demands of department may require. This is a permanent opportunity to work with a well respected system in Upstate NY.
