Oce Business Services supplies BPO services, which is defined as handling a variety of business activities on behalf of its clients on a regional, national and/or global basis through onsite (at client locations), offsite or offshore locations. An emphasis is placed on automation and technology using a six-sigma methodology with quality staffing to ensure accuracy and compliance in a standardized fashion. . The Business Process HealthCare Specialist is a key role within this evolving department and supports the growth of new and expanding business opportunities by working with Sales, Operations and other Analysts in a collaborative fashion.

This analyst will be responsible for requirements gathering, analyses of workflow/ business processes, and the design of solutions and pricing to include, but is not limited to, garnering intelligence about current workflow in order to map out current state in all phases of document access for physicians, nurses and administrative staff and then building a solution to meet the organization’s need for digitizing its document systems in order to meet and surpass their EHR expectations. The objective of each client engagement is to transform its current manual methodology to six-sigma based procedures that incorporate OBS labor and technology to improve quality of access and usage of data. Clients will include VP or higher level contacts in Administration, IT, Records, Compliance, Procurement and Finance.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
§ Conducts requirements gathering at prospective and existing client sites to understand the client’s current business processes and to design business solutions, services, equipment and staff for Healthcare prospects in order to support them with their initiatives to digitize and to be eligible for stimulus package incentives.

§ Creates proposals based upon functional and business requirements, develops implementation schedules and guidelines for successful deployments, and provides for support to integrate front-end capture, back-office staffing, and technology into the clients’ business environments utilizing the best in-house or outside vendor offerings.

§ Collaborates with Sales team to create compelling and detailed proposals that accurately and professionally describes the OBS solution for new or existing clients and contributes to the sales initiatives through team meetings, conference calls, client presentations and client follow-up meetings as necessary. Responsible for the engineering and implementation of enterprise-wide document streaming to include integrating several departments at various locations to eliminate delays and communication stop gaps.

§ Prepares proformas to outline the services and costs provided for a total business solution and works with the Finance Department to accurately detail all costs for each project in responsible manner.

§ Creates procedures, guidelines and processes based on document workflow and best practices for the successful implementation of services and equipment at each client site and working with the implementation team or additional subject matter experts to ensure the smooth and concise delivery of services from its design through ongoing management.

§ Collaborates internally with Sales and Operations stakeholders, as well as outside partners, associations, and vendors, in sales or marketing programs as directed by the BPO Manager.

§ Provides periodic systems audits and continual site support for clients as needed in collaboration with operations and account management.

§ Supervises projects at client sites as needed for the duration of the contract period to support project management team.

§ Prepares Sales to better approach potential clients with industry trend updates and resources to access for educational purposes.

§ Responsible for the success of each solution.

§ Documents time allocated to administrative, proposal and finalization of contracts (travel, conference calls, and vendor interactions, etc) in a consistent and complete manner in designated department tracking tools.

§ Able to deliver presentations to prospective clients and conduct training sessions as needed.

§ Capable of multi-tasking to ensure deadlines are met and quality work being performed while responding to last-minute requests.

§ Technical expertise to envelope document management in the HealthCare industry, including the appropriate software and hardware that are needed for digitization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
The incumbent in this position should possess a Bachelor’s Degree. Imaging/ Records Professional Certification or eligibility preferred. At least 3-5 years of progressively responsible records or imaging consulting or equipment/software sales experience. Prior experience with supporting an implementation is required working under the direction of the Director of Records Development to successfully develop new business opportunities for Oce Business Services.

§ Must have worked in the Healthcare profession for a minimum of three (3) years in order to comprehend the workflow and current obstacles the industry is facing, preferably in a large institution

§ Must have understanding of Meaningful Use, HIMSS, EHR, etc.

§ College Degree required. A combination of academic and work experience may be substituted.

§ 3-5 years of progressively responsible records or imaging consulting or equipment/software pre- or post-sales experience

§ Knowledge of manual/automated document management systems and emerging technology

§ Experience in designing, developing and implementing document capture, storage, retrieval, and workflow-based document imaging applications

§ Experience in training staff to operate software products, to deploy HIMSS programs, and to implement solutions effectively.

§ Experience in one or more of the following software products: FileNet, Documentum, OnBase, Stellent, Digitech, AnyDoc, Kofax, Kodak, ABBYY, OpenText, etc.

§ The ability to dynamically deliver presentations as needed.

§ Good communication and writing skills.

§ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project

§ Travel required
