We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner in Outpatient Pediatric Cardiology. To qualify you must have a Masters Degree in Nursing, Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner certification with prescriptive privileges plus at least 5 years of relevant nursing experience. Previous Nurse Practitioner experience is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, creative problem-solving, critical thinking and leadership skills are a must. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative practice caring for the pediatric cardiology population. Responsibilities include performing physical assessments and therapeutic and diagnostic procedures; assisting with discharge planning; and coordinating patient care with other members of the interdisciplinary health care team.
