Retail Operations supports North America stores with programming, tools, communication, and strategies to operate productive stores to maximize guest and educator experience and drive business results. In Store Experience designs and leads our store guest experience, including store service models, floor leadership strategy, retail scheduling, and driving retail performance through initiatives and programs.

a day in the life: what you’ll do

The Program Manager leads all retail programming for Performance Mindset.

  • Empower NA retail leaders to make data-based decisions through excellent store reporting and insights for stores
  • Manage business ownership programming for retail performance at all levels, from Floor Leader check-ins to SRD Quarterly Business Review
  • Produce insights from ongoing business results to identify performance gaps and opportunities in retail stores
  • Design and deliver tools, processes, and resources to engineer same-store comp growth and manage productivity
  • Provide functional coaching to retail leadership to drive store performance
qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business operations or equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding and experience in retail - 10+ years industry experience with strong leadership experience
  • Project Management certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience designing business cases and leading complex initiatives (i.e., around $1.2M budget, driving $40M annual revenue)
