Job Description


A day in the life of a Skype for Business / Anywhere 365 Expert (L3 support)

The 2nd level Support Team is responsible for the daily support of Microsoft and Office 365.

  • Provide customer-facing product engineering support for Microsoft365 and Office365
  • Incident / request management related to those activities
  • Provide real-time client support for faster resolution of cases
  • Conduct research on complex cases, validates cases for escalation to Backline and contributes to knowledge management initiatives.
  • As a knowledge champion, s/he is the focal point for communications, coordination and overall adherence to the Microsoft365 and Office 365 knowledge management program.

Your main duties will be

  • Handling/resolution of Incidents and Requests
  • Tickets not resolved / Handled by the 1st level of support team can be assigned to your support group, you should be able to handle it or resolve it.
  • The contact with the final user can be required for additional information or testing.

Qualifications


If you have

  • Good spoken and written knowledge of English and French (min. B2).
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar function
  • Certified ITIL foundation (minimum)
  • Solid Infra background, strong understanding of servers, Active Directory
  • Good knowledge of:
    • Microsoft
    • Teams
    • Office365
    • SharePoint
    • MS Exchange
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to quickly assimilate procedures
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and able to handle stress
  • Punctual, meticulous and reliable
  • Comfortable in international and multicultural working environment

It would also be a plus if you had

  • General knowledge of EU institutions
  • Experience within the European Commission is an asset
  • Knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
