Director Of Nursing - St. Luke's Hospital
In this highly visible role, you will be charged with improving patient satisfaction scores by building and maintaining a patient-centered model of care, and all clinical, cultural, and administrative functions that come along with it. Your excellent people skills, organizational ability and talent! for communication will serve you well, as you lead your staff! and build relationships with physicians and other hospital employees.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a demonstrated track record of participative management, along with the ability to develop and implement Shared Governance Council Structure and to develop and manage complex budgets.
BSN and Master's degree in Nursing.
Current NY State Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive acute care hospital experience managing complex departments.
Strong leadership ability.
Effective organization and interpersonal skills.
